I have met Mimi Wilson on several occasions, & I must say, if you ever have the chance to hear her speak-run don't walk!!! You will come away so encouraged! I have her their Once-a-Month cookbook, & I tried it once. It was a lot of work, but it sure was nice to have everything done ahead for a month!
