		<description>I think that the nutritive value of your meals depends on several things. Is your other option to eat carry out or highly processed frozen dinners? if so then this is a much better budget friendly option.  We have teenagers and at the speed our life moves it is far better to have some homemade frozen dinners than to spend our money on eating out or commercially frozen meals with all additives and preservatives. I know that our meals have been frozen for 1-6 weeks not months. The ingredients going in are the freshest I can afford and are at their peak. I do not know that about store bought frozen meals.

We are in the process of going back to freezer cooking due to some health issues and changes in our lifestyles.  Thanks for your great post and encouragement to keep going! :0)</description>
